Honey Sriracha Paleo Shrimp
A delicious spicy paleo shrimp recipe that comes together in just a few minutes. Perfect weeknight for any weeknight dinner.
- 1 Lb Cooked Shrimp (I use frozen and defrost over night in the fridge, or run under cold water for 5-10 minutes)
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup Sriracha
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- Optional - Cauliflower Rice & Green onion for garnish
Heat the olive oil in the skillet on med-high heat for a minute or two. Add Sriracha and honey, mix well. Add in Shrimp, make sure they are completely coated. (add more sriracha if needed) cook for about 5 minutes until shrimp is warmed, you don't want to overcook them.
Serve with the optional cauliflower rice, and top with green onion. Enjoy :)
