Instant Pot Spaghetti Squash
A super easy recipe to easily cook a spaghetti squash in under 10 minutes.
- 1 Spaghetti Squash
- 2 Cups Water
Cut the spaghetti Squash in half, I prefer to cut it width wise, not length wise, You get longer more spaghetti type strands this way (see video above). Remove the seeds. Place trivet in instapot. Add water, put squash flesh side down.
Seal lid, make sure the valve is set to "Sealing" position. Cook on high for 8 minutes. Let pressure release naturally for a few minutes before moving valve to "venting" position.
Remove the squash, once it's cooled, take a fork and scrap out the flesh squash so that it comes out in spaghetti like strands. Enjoy.
